First Class Chauffeurs Dublin provides private chauffeur services in Dublin and surrounding areas. When you submit a booking enquiry through our website, you are requesting a quotation and availability check. Submitting the form does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed when Terry contacts you directly to agree the details, route, and price.
All bookings are confirmed directly between you and First Class Chauffeurs Dublin by phone, email, or WhatsApp. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and pricing will be communicated to you at the time of booking confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any booking request.
Cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. As a general guide, cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are accepted without charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup, or no-shows, may incur a cancellation fee. Specific terms may vary for multi-day tours and event bookings.
You agree to provide accurate contact and journey information when submitting a booking enquiry. You agree to be ready at the agreed pickup location at the agreed time. You agree to treat the vehicle, driver, and any equipment with respect. You are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during your journey through negligence or misuse.
We will make every reasonable effort to arrive at the agreed time and provide a clean, well-maintained vehicle with a professional, licensed driver. In the event of a vehicle breakdown or unforeseen delay, we will contact you immediately and arrange alternative transport where possible. We are fully licensed under the National Transport Authority's SPSV licensing scheme and carry appropriate commercial insurance.
First Class Chauffeurs Dublin carries full commercial SPSV insurance. Our liability for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle is limited to items reported within 24 hours of the journey. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for missed flights, appointments, or events resulting from such delays.
