We retain your booking data for up to 24 months after your last journey with us, after which it is deleted unless you have an active marketing subscription.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be processed by our CRM and email service providers solely for the purpose of delivering our service to you. These providers are GDPR-compliant and bound by data processing agreements.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, withdraw your consent at any time, object to processing, and request a copy of your data in a portable format.
