First Class Chauffeurs Dublin ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.

Who we are

First Class Chauffeurs Dublin is an owner-operated private chauffeur service based in Dublin, Ireland. Our data controller is Terry Norton. You can contact us at [email protected] or by phone on 086 823 0160.

What data we collect

When you submit a booking enquiry through our website, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and journey details (pickup location, destination, date, time, number of passengers, flight numbers, and any additional information you provide). If you opt in to marketing, we also record that consent.

Why we collect it

We use your personal data to respond to your booking enquiry, arrange your journey, communicate with you about your booking, and (only if you've opted in) send occasional emails about availability, offers, and travel tips. Our legal basis for processing is your consent (given when you tick the consent box on the booking form) and our legitimate interest in providing the service you've requested.

How we store it

Your data is stored securely within our CRM system, which is hosted on servers protected by industry-standard encryption. We do not store payment card details. We retain your booking data for up to 24 months after your last journey with us, after which it is deleted unless you have an active marketing subscription.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be processed by our CRM and email service providers solely for the purpose of delivering our service to you. These providers are GDPR-compliant and bound by data processing agreements.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, withdraw your consent at any time, object to processing, and request a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

Marketing emails

We only send marketing emails if you have actively opted in by ticking the marketing consent box on our booking form. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies required for the site to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and provide a cookie consent banner.

Complaints

If you believe your data has been mishandled, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission at www.dataprotection.ie.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
